This enhances the diverse oak colours and natural timber characters two fold, and also provides maximum durability for long lasting use. European Oak planks get their unique character from a natural, rustic 1-strip pattern, lively colour variations and random knots. The authentic look and feel of the wood is further enhanced by brushing the surface in order to accentuate its natural grain structure- all done by hand-crafting artists who use age-old hand tools to literally create every individual board. European Oak gets its name from the medieval Europe, also known as French Oak or English Oak. Richly grained timber features and extra-large blocks and panels are reminiscent of the grand floors found in the castles and palaces. This engineered board features natural colours of yellow and light browns, complimented by dark oak grains.
